The SCRS-6c-ica is an angled version of the SCRS-6c-iw and is perfect for Immersive Audio ceiling and surround applications that require the loudspeakers to be “aimed” at the listening area. Like its “iw” cousin, the SCRS-6c-ica brings PRO trademark thrilling sound to Immersive and Distributed Audio systems at a new level of affordability. Though compact at 8" square and only 5.75" deep, the SCRS-6c-ica is a true high-output design. The 6.5" professional-grade driver features a common magnet for both the high-output woofer and coaxially-mounted, high-sensitivity compression tweeter. This unique magnet design keeps driver depth to a minimum, allowing the angled SCRS-6c-ica to fit into a 2"x6" stud construction wall.

The SCRS-6c-ica is highly efficient (unheard of for architectural speakers) with sensitivities of 93dB and 103dB per 1 watt input for the woofer and compression tweeter respectively. The result is sound which is lively, with high dynamic contrast and full bandwidth even at low listening levels.  The SCRS-6c-ica includes a passive crossover network so it can be driven with a single amplifier channel, but like all PRO loudspeakers, requires a PRO DSP amplifier for high pass-filtration and response contouring.

To achieve the high sensitivity, the SCRS-6c-ica sacrifices a bit of low-frequency bandwidth, so it must be used in conjunction with Surround or Distributed Audio subwoofers. It partners perfectly with the LFC-210im in-wall subwoofer system to create high-output, full-range distributed audio systems for foreground and background music applications.
